Chandler’s Concrete LLC was built from four years of experience working as a civil engineer and a hands-on passion for construction. After years of working in site development, grading, drainage, and infrastructure design, Chandler decided to take that knowledge from behind the plans into the field.

What started as engineering experience has grown into a concrete business focused on quality flatwork, dependable service, and doing the job right from the ground up.

That foundation shapes how we work: we get the base, grading, and drainage right before we pour, because that’s what keeps concrete from cracking and settling down the road. From driveways and patios to slabs and small commercial flatwork, we serve homeowners, builders, general contractors, and property managers across Franklin, Brentwood, Nashville, and the surrounding Middle Tennessee area.
